Creating an account is easy! Simply click the "Sign Up" button, enter your phone number, and follow the verification process. You'll receive a verification code via SMS to complete your registration.
OYSLOE charges a 5% transaction fee on all sales for standard sellers. Premium sellers enjoy a reduced rate of 3%. Payment processing fees may also apply depending on your chosen payment method.
To list your first product, go to your seller dashboard, click "Add New Listing," upload high-quality photos, write a detailed description, set your price, and choose your shipping options. Your listing will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
We accept multiple payment methods including mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
Buyers can request returns within 7 days of receiving their order. Sellers are responsible for setting their own return policies. OYSLOE provides dispute resolution services to help resolve conflicts between buyers and sellers.
