• Create seller accounts and list products for sale

• Access customer support and dispute resolution services

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

4.3 Order Fulfillment

Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and accurately. You agree to:

• Handle returns and refunds according to our policies
• Maintain good customer service standards

5. Buyer Responsibilities

5.1 Purchase Obligations

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay for items in a timely manner
• Provide accurate shipping addresses
• Communicate respectfully with sellers

5.2 Product Reviews

You may leave reviews for products you have purchased. Reviews must be:

• Honest and based on actual experience
• Free from offensive or inappropriate content
• Compliant with our review guidelines

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Transaction Fees

OYSLOE charges transaction fees on sales. Current fee structure:

• Standard sellers: 5% of sale price
• Premium sellers: 3% of sale price
• Payment processing fees may apply

6.2 Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms of service and privacy policies.

6.3 Refunds and Disputes

Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. OYSLOE provides dispute resolution services to help resolve conflicts between buyers and sellers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All content on the OYSLOE platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OYSLOE and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant OYSLOE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Service.

7.3 Trademark Usage

You may not use OYSLOE trademarks without our express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OYSLOE regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
